Procediment a seguir per l'estudiant de mobilitat outgoing i documentació a presentar abans de marxar, durant l'estada i en acabar l'estada, abans de tornar.

A. Master's degree in Cybersecurity Students

B. Students from Other Programs

For students from other programs, the procedure to follow is as follows:


1. Secure a Destination Placement


2. Apply for Financial Aid (if applicable)

If you are eligible for any financial aid, you must apply within the specified deadlines. You may need to apply for it well before managing the learning agreement. Information is available in the Documentation before departure section.

 

3. Manage the Learning Agreement Based on the Type of Stay (prior to departure)

 

Double Degree
(multiple stays)
Double Degree consists of multiple study stays.

 

IMPORTANT IF YOU WITHDRAW: If you decide to withdraw from your mobility placement, you must request it through e-Secretariat (instances > applications). This must be done before the destination application deadline and with valid justification. See point 3 for annual enrollments and withdrawal from mobility stays in the spring.

4. Obtain a Digital Certificate for Signing Credentials or Financial Agreements (prior to departure)

5. Prepare UPC Enrollment and Follow the Appropriate Procedure (prior to departure)

6. Enroll at UPC / Mandatory Insurance (Oncampus) (prior to departure)

You must enroll before departure (after completing the previous step mentioned in point 4).

Oncampus Insurance. You must have Oncampus insurance before departure. There are two options: either it will be included in your enrollment fee or if you leave before enrolling or are going to the USA or Canada, you must follow the instructions in: Documentation before departure (under "Mandatory exchange insurance (oncampus").

The mandatory insurance is non-refundable if you later withdraw (see point 3 regarding the withdrawal deadline). For annual enrollments, insurance charges are included in the fall enrollment.
